The Question Of Love Poem by Ray Hansell

The Question Of Love

It hurts to lose someone
That you think the world of
It hard to let someone in
When you're not feeling the love

I've seen so many people
Lose at love before
I've seen so many broken hearts
Lying wounded on the floor

I have seen endless streams of tears
I have seen faces covered in fear
The realization of losing love
And the inability to think clear

So many people question
Asking if love will last
That answer is in your future
You'll not find it in your past

But if you're heart is true
If she really loves you
And you really love her
Than love will see you through
