If rain or sun,
It is mere fun,
By walk or run,
When ’tis begun;
A plantain-leaf,
Although not big
Is umbrella
In rain sudden.
The wind is strong;
The walk is long;
The rain brings joy
For kids as boys.
They laugh and smile,
Walking the mile
From school to home
As if they roam.
Wet is the walk,
As both friends talk,
And joke en way,
Stopping for play,
Though leaf gets torn!

I would like to translate this poem
a happy poem on rain and it is very enjoyable nostalgically..
