The Requiem Of The Reverie Poem by Patrick Rushing

The Requiem Of The Reverie

Rating: 3.5

The chimera lucid, vision unseen, minds matter not.
Feeling festers verisimilitude, surroundings stimulate, and matter humanizes.
Unlike minds are thought to be akin
Opine your sanity and it will transpose to madness.
A body of people are puppets
To their master, mind.
Reason varies, time elates
As the laughing owl bears wisdom and forewarns of death.
For the fools whom neglect this memorandum become wise.
He who hath wisdom seizes the day, dreams the night, passes the morning, and breathes forever.
