The Restless Souls Poem by Collins Nkemjika Nzomuche

The Restless Souls

Oh the restless soul
Heating like a molotov-cocktail
Deserted and abandoned
You think deeply like a bard

But I question what bringth the course
Why must it be an inheritance
To violent the fundamental human rights
When we have the body to react
The national constitutional constraints
Among them are the immunities

Constitutional immunities
Which spared the rod for the powerdrunk
Masses cry
They sorrow
They wish
And wish
Waiting for their demise
The exit of the hunger motivator
The immutized men
The above, the greater than

Fear not little lamb
For time shall vanquish Ahab
Those who bridge the rule
Shall never never again rule
