The Rift Of Humanity Poem by Elliott Simatupang

The Rift Of Humanity

For men are men and fail they will
They are naught but beasts of thrill
Love they seek and love they’ll give
But never find love shall their souls grieve
For men are men and words are cheap
For what’s a promise you can-not keep?

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
