The Royal Treatment Poem by Lauren Coles

The Royal Treatment

Tossing and turning in my sleep,
I wake up in a cold sweat,
Kissing my pillow but wishing it was you,
I want to have kids with you but you are married,
You walking in and kissing me on the lips,
I must be dreaming because I transformed back into reality by a pinch,
Get out of my head,
Maybe I'll finally get some sleep tonight.
