Raping and raging

Im trapped in your head
Gnoring and scrapping
Hoping and hating
Waiting to tear you appart

Your, no im not realy ill
But ill take more pills
Powders and frills
Your, no iam really ill
Dammed perscribed pills
Indulged a tainted self
Oh it seems im not needed...

Iam the one who is forsaken
Forgoten and scared
Loved ones we thought we was
You believed they did
I dont care

Here in your head
I want to rip from your skull
