The Secret Poem by Joyce Hemsley

The Secret

Forty words:

He to She:

Beautiful lady, come to my arms

in this luxury boudoir of flowers.

Elegant bride with mannequin charms

sing me to sleep in twilight hours.

Tomorrow we'll wander

down cobbled streets ~

buy golden rings and antiques.

~~ Hush, this is our secret ~~
