The Shilly-Shally Winds Of Spring Poem by Bryan Taplits

The Shilly-Shally Winds Of Spring

Although they say an ill wind blows no good
As it follows you down your trail,
The gust of Spring- its nemesis-
Billows new life and new hope into ones sails.
No matter what that "ill wind" aims at you
No matter how you may tremble in fear,
Hold on. For even though that evil wind surrounds you
The Gust of Spring will still be 'round again…
Next year!
