The Star Poem by Dan Williams

If your heart is the sky,
Then our love must be the stars.
There are so many stars,
But only one shines so bright
That it can light up your whole world.

When you find love it is like putting the
seed of life in your body.
Just as the sun lights up the world, to make things grow
The person you love is what allows the seed of life to flourish.
Without love your life will cease, and your heart will become a barren waste land.
When you love stops shining in your heart your heart will shrivel and die.
Love can heal your soul or kill it.
So be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.
