The Sun Has Slept Poem by Poppy Fry

The Sun Has Slept

from the world,
I will depart
from what I've seen
My eyes were torn apart
with human eyes i am clear
why waste another year
when it will be my next torment
never will make any movement

I am not seen with the mortal eye
left all alone
to live a lie
I am not heard
with a mortal cry
Insignificant enough
to suicidally die
I am not worth enough
to justify
Myself I can't rely

The poem speaks of a lost hope. No, my dear, the sun never sleeps. At times it may hide in the clouds, but it always shine. Always remember, after each rain, after each night, after a dark day in one's life the sun always shine for us. It's always there 24/7, it never sleeps. MAY GOD BLESS YOU MY DEAR!
