learning to choose
what to think and
at most, learning not
to think about it,
which amounts finally
to selective forgetting
had always, and will
always be, the best
tool for survival, in
this world of depressed
people, those anxious
one, those negative
people surrounding and
even leading you, and
at the end, you carry
your own glass of water,
your own candle light,
as you drink and light
your way into the dark
abyss of this world.
