The Truth Poem by Anita Khelawan

The Truth

The truth
It hurts
But it doesn't change

The Truth woke me up from my beautiful nightmare
I breathe you in my dreams.
Eyes open its not with it seems

I've been crying internally for so long
I don't feel much
They all saw you in a negative light
But I took my negative
And made us positively right

When the truth is revealed
It's because locked lips become unsealed
