I gave you everything.
I gave you my love.....
But everything wasn't enough.
My love wasn't enough.
And most of all i wasn't enough for you to
tell the truth to....
It makes me smile to see you look.
It makes me cry to know it means nothing.
Smiles don't garuntee you happiness.
Tears don't mean saddness.
Just like darkness doesn't equate to evil....
And light doesn't always bring good.
It hurts to know im nothing more than a brick in your way.
It hurts to know that i'll never get a chance to say,
What i feel deep inside.
Take my hand and go along with the ride.
