The Whistle Blower Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

The Whistle Blower

Rating: 5.0

From the river and, into the sea! !
As white as snow and, as black as charcoal;
However, do men gather grapes of thorns or, figs of thistles?
The whistle blower! !
To pick out your friends in the land;
But, speak the truth and the dogs will sleep!
Because, the 'gong-gong beater' is ready with his stick;
And you will be measured by the same yardstick.
