The Wind Of The Night Poem by Samantha Rose Turner

The Wind Of The Night

Rating: 5.0

The wind howls and whispers through the trees,
Making the branches shake and twist,
Making the sky to a awfull mist,

Let the light of the moon guide ones way,
Let the rain wash away
Leading it far from harms way,
Taking the darkness from its way,
Pulling the pain farther away,

Reaching through to a new day,
Hoping to find a better way,
Letting the sun shine through clouds,
Letting you know the world is mine.
