The Words Of A Wise Woman Poem by Francis Duggan

The Words Of A Wise Woman

Rating: 5.0

The words of a wise woman i do recall
A fair go for some is not a fair go for all
To not include the words of for all is not a fair go
This only does happen for to be so
Nobody of a fair go none ought to deny
And a fair go to everyone ought to apply
But among racists and xenophobics this is not the case
And many discriminated against due to their race
Of the praises of their race and nationality many may sing
But of a superior race there is no such a thing
Though due to ethnic or colour or religious difference some in their words put others down
All people are equal black, white and brown
Though for many years her bones where the deceased are does lay
The words of the wise woman are with me today.
