There Are Many Doors To The Future
Time goes so fast as it flies
Days go by in a relative pace
And I'm left to grope with life
Counting years that passed me by as I live
Wondering what the future may have in store for me
Do I have a future to look forward to?
What would it be? When will it be?
That grand future everyone dreams about
I have reached the future I dreamed in youth
Where I am now is what I dreamed about decades ago
Yet this is not the end of that future
In the continuous spinning of time
I see many different futures not just one
There are many possibilities waiting in tomorrow's doorstep
There are many doors to the future waiting for me to discover
Life is a never ending process of discovery and exploration
Of knowing the ultimate purpose of why I live
