Like kings, we could
have sailed far seas
in cruise ships
of renown.

Instead, the space
between two teeth
we bridged
with dental crown.

Laughing out loud at the truth of this poem...and all I can say is this...as a parent (single one, at that! !) I missed many and many a cruise ship! ! ! Standing on the beach....watching them leave, and singing...'some day, My ship will come! ! '
