There Is A Satisfaction

There's a satisfaction above all others
That only Jesus gives
And that satisfaction is guaranteed
Because Lord Jesus lives
And every day is sweeter as
It was the day before
As is my goal to live for Him
And love Him more and more

Though the world tries to set
The standards that it may
And gets farther away from God
We see it happen every day
With His Spirit in me now
I can triumph over sin
Be in the world but not of the world
Praise God I've trusted Him

There's a new day coming hallelujah
When Christ shall call us home
Where every believing believer will stand
Then bow before His throne
Then confessing with our tongues
That Jesus Christ is Lord
What a wonderful message and wonderful Saviour
Found within His wonderful Word!
