There's A Beauty In The Night Poem by Tan Pratonix

There's A Beauty In The Night

Rating: 3.5

There's a beauty in the night
That sets all heaven alight
With a million tiny stars
That shine like gems for hours,
Until the light of day
Sweeps them all away
From their airy velvet bed
Above my sleepy head.
But they will come, I know,
To light the heavens once more.

I love the night as well.. when the days business is done, an we can look at the sky round eyed. This is a lovely descriptive poem. Joyce

Wonderful sentiments skilfully put in writing. The poem has a very tender and pleasant aura.

I love stars, a clear starry night can keep me in awe for hours - especially in the summer, Moyaxx
