They Stepped On Her Poem by by her

They Stepped On Her

They stepped on her,
like mice and fur.
She stumbled to the floor,
then ran for the door.
Out she went,
her sorrows all bent.
Away she ran,
with the wind and the sun.
Feelings deteriorated,
but this never lasted.
For she will rise again,
fighting now and then.
