Thieves Poem by Stefanie Fontker

Thieves

Rating: 4.8

Even on the brink of death,
Bleeding from my mouth
And blessed with dead nerves,
I will not give it to you.
You will never own my heart,
My love, my ideology, my being.
I will keep my individuality.

Wow! Stefanie! What a short but powerful write! I honestly identify with it 100% Being oneself is one the most important characteristics in a person! Pride and Humility carry a heavy burden but it is worth dealing with it for the sake of one's freedom! God Bless You! Love and Peace for always! Romeo from NYC...

Really like this, willing to die rather than give in to somebody. Great write.
