Thieves Of Happiness Poem by Natasha Dowdy

Thieves Of Happiness

A mindnight veil falls over this broken soul;
Sheltering me from the cold hearts of liars.
Thieves of happiness.
Twisted promises of love,
Given into satisfaction.
Truth cast aside for pleasure.

A wonderful poem, Natasha! Short but forceful. The title is eye catching, the body captivating. Amazing!
