This Coast Poem by Felix Emeka George

This Coast

Rating: 5.0

It may not be this coast

May be another one far away

In any part of Africa

Sit still and listen

Cries of agony, regret and sorrow

Of Africans sons and Daughters

Dragged into waiting vessels

To sail into land far yonder
