This One Still Makes Me Cry

I seems like a joke
A bad one
Couldn't be serious
surely!
the small pain
couldn't be something
to take you away
you, so vibrant
so sweet
so sexy
my wife
who shares my bed
Now looking at me
smiling
not knowing what will be,
but still
being the mom,
strong, sweet, calm.
but I can see
the fear
that's creeping in to
your lovely eyes
mirroring mine.
