Those Little Pink Flowers Poem by Anjali Sehgal

I see the pink flowers walking by
they touch the ground and jump up sky

those rosy cheeks and crazy bands
and they walk the street in hands in hand

I love their smiles and hairs that shine
oh those lovely pinks n lil toddler rhymes

those chubby cheeks and tiny eyes
they peek at you from hoodie whites

they scream under showers they clap their hands
those songs and giggles of toddler bands

they twist their tongues and say it loud
We are the best and we are so proud

I close my laptop for home to go
saying bye to all i close the door
I see the train of little stars
waving at all what near or far

they hold their tiny hands of friends
and wait their daddy for some time to spend

I feel the innocence in their cry
as they part from pals and say good bye

they smile and wave for next day cheer
i love those little flowers in day-care.
