I ran quickly thinking I could fly
Tripping towards you when I said hi
But now, eye to eye in front of you
I'm lost for other pleasant words
Easy as a singing love bird? Sure...
As shy as I was I didn't know what to do
floating against you feeling naturally high
Sadly, you smiled, walked away making me cry.
