A whole year,
I turned my head..
and you were out..

With another guy..
Telling me lies,
I blinded myself,
I took out my eyes..
and I believed in the lies.

You said you were with your family..
but really..
You were on the side,
Lip locked with another guy.

You said You loved me that night..
but really..
You wanted to hang up,
and talk to him all night.

I had to work..
You stayed up past 3..
I asked why..
You said.. you waited for me..
Another lie.
He was on the line.

I gave you my heart..
and you ripped it up,
threw it aside..

You told me you were out with the girls,
I believed,
staying home waiting by the phone..
hoping maybe 2 or 3 hours later..
you'd call..

But isnt it a waste of my life..
so I'm thru with you tonight.
