Throws Of Fate Poem by Ima Ryma

Throws Of Fate

Tom Brady's 'retirement' football
Thrown to Mike Evans who threw me
Into the stands for one and all
To try grab awesome memory.
The fan who caught me quickly did
An auction sale of me online.
Over half a million bucks bid
Won out and my buyer felt fine,
And took me to his fancy place,
Gave a touchup to my pigskin,
And put me in a show off case.
A great retirement I was in.

The buyer of me got quite ired
When Tom Brady soon 'unretired.'
