Time For Soul Building Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

When morning arrives bringing new day,
Athletes start running and jumping,
They want to remain fit and build body,
People go in morning walk and jogging,
All are cautious about physical health,
Making sound health is nice ever,
We have take care of mental health too!

This is the time for soul building,
Like athletes we have to build body
As well as we have to build pure mind,
Soul is well built by spiritual exercise,
Like athletes go to gym everyday,
We have to go to spiritual home
For practicing meditation and
Gaining power of God's mercy,
When his graceful vibrations
We hold within us and feel,
A pure state of consciousness
Every soul feels within self.

Athletes build body everyday
And they maintain regularity,
If an athlete leaves bodybuilding
Then he becomes fatter soon
Due to more deposit of fats in body
And later he looks ugly,
So, regular exercise is necessary.

Like athletes we need regularity
In soul-building through spirituality,
Even if a spiritual person by chance
If he leaves practice of meditation and
He leaves the spiritual path temporarily,
Then he falls down from original state
Because illusion and vices capture him,
He does not become able to know it
And gradually his pleasantness go away,
So, it is important to be careful!

This is time for soul-building,
Oh dear beloved brothers, dear souls,
Dear sweet, sweet children of God,
The pure soulful moment has arrived,
You wake up early and take holy bath,
Let us sit in meditation and sing,
Let us concentrate inner core and
Let us communicate God in pure state,
Every day soul-building empowers us
And we develop inner beauty by God's grace,
This is the time for soul-building,
Dear souls, let us unite for greatest peace!
