Time for Love

You needed time to yourself.
I needed so much time with you.
We both needed downtime.
Now it was a good time to just hang out on our own.

This was a time to heal from love inflicted wounds.
That would take some time.
From time memorial lovers have fought,
That fighting with love came with a high cost.

They learned to be happy with each other,
For all the gentle flowers gracing down from Heaven,
Showing them that their happy love,
Could become love forever.
