To A Butterfly! - Poem by Shubhangini Rawat

Oh! dear butterfly, where did you go?
I'm waiting for you near the bough.
I remember when you sat on my elbow,
as i had put a tattoo of flowers yellow!

Oh! dear butterfly, why did you go?
I'm waiting for you, i miss you so.
Come little butterfly, I feel so low,
Oh! dear butterfly, please don't go!

I think there is just one emotion that can be felt by everyone while reading this poem - Innocence.......and this by far is the most difficult thing to do while writing a poem. Keep it up. (Report) Reply
