The hands lightly holding a smart-phone send a New Year blessing...

the hands themselves are also a blessing...

extended through a medium embedded in technology...

these are sturdy hands that paradoxically wield a delicate brush...

hands engaged in tasks that require great sensitivity...

these hands can finish a task that would be impossible for a committee...

they can defend the circle of attention while it is still a bubble...

then they shape the bubble into durable form...

then they hand it over as a present for our eyes.
