I know sometimes things just don’t work out
And you feel like your life is on a bucking horse
Nothing seems to go right
And everything just spirals out of control
Those times that you just need a break
Just give me a call
I’ll be there to make you laugh
To take that weight off your shoulders
And to make you feel
That everything’s alright
Just to tell you
That I’m here for you

Sometimes there are those moments
When everything falls apart
Your life
Your dreams
Crack like a mirror
And the pieces fly away in the wind
Just fall onto my doorstep
And I’ll come pick you up
I’ll go find the missing pieces
I’ll hold your life together
With everything that I can
Just to show you
That I’m here for you

And there are always those moments
Where you feel like you don’t exist
Those moments when you feel like you can’t do anything
When you doubt yourself
And are surrounded by disbelief
Just look at me and I’ll know
I’ll give you a hug so you know you exist
I’ll tell you
All the many things you can do
I’ll prove to you that you’re the best
Just to let you feel
I’m here for you

I’ll be the shoulder you can cry on
The ears that can listen
To everything you say
The paper that you can stay and put away on
I’ll be the one to hug you tight
To keep you warm and safe
Just to make you understand
I’m here for you

And always those moments
When your jumping for joy
And your heart is filled with happiness
I’ll be even happier then you
Watching you succeed and enjoy
I’ll be holding that golden medal
To put around your neck
I’ll be cheering the loudest
I’ll be jumping the highest
