You were my inspiration, you were my all
Like you, I can find no other pal.
You filled my heart with happiness
Even thinking of you gives me so much peace
It still mystifies me - ' Why should you leave?
You - who were my very own.
When my inner voice asks- ' Will I ever see you? '
I can just wish my prayers were true.
