To Save Or Not To Save Poem by Terence George Craddock

To Save Or Not To Save

Rating: 5.0

write fast write well
with coherent rhythm style
with words which might induce a smile
or write save write save a time slave pale
writing word instant writing with speed well
writes a better imagery intensity emotive tale to tell
the problem with saving is that I do not write choice well
words may stagnate skill ability may all go to awkward hell

to save or not to save
not stopping to save means writing better
perhaps the constant saved work is not worth saving
sometimes I lose poems it hurts but I write more faster better
this way I gain more than I lose so you choose
I wrote fast if the old laptop fails welcome to instant zip nothing

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Copyright © Terence George Craddock
Written in November 2020 on the 13&26.11.2020.
Inspired by my comments on my poem 'Three Art Ships Sunk In Electronic Shutdown', a dirge written after I had lost three poems, when my laptop fatally crashed, no battery totally died; probably because I had multiple windows all open at the same time, running curse video advertisements.
Dedicated to all lost poems not saved, I have a reef of them.
