As the day goes by,
I miss you more and more.
I tell myself things will get better,
But they never do,
I just miss you more.

I think of you day and night.
Everything reminds me of you.
Sometimes I wake in the night,
Just to find you not there.

When you tell me you feel like I'm going to leave,
I can't help but cry.
It's like you don't trust my love enough,
Like you want me to go.
I make myself put the thought away,
I don't like thinking of where I'd be today,
If I was not your fiancee.

I trust you,
And I love you.
You're my life now,
If you leave me,
I'll have nowhere to go.

You tell me that if something ever happened,
You'd want me to continue my life,
But I couldn't,
If you weren't in it
