when its time for me to go you'll realize i no longer run this show
it's hard to say what what happens when you stare dead in the face
all i know is that he will take me to a different place
where ill see people that i've missed for a long time
people i held closely in my life
i want to leave with no regrets and no remorse
i want to be free of pain and full of joy
when i leave please don't cry
always know i will be by your side
to protect you from any harm
i promise to love you even when i'm gone
because your heart is the place i have made my home
as long as they are stars in the sky
i will be there just to be by your side
i hope my love is enough to give
because you are the one i love when i chose to live
