Today
I woke up this morning,
My body still yawning.
Looked out the window
Realized I had no kingdom
Went downstairs
Putting on my flairs
I tripped and fell
The pain hurt like hell
I heard a snap
As loud as a hand’s clap
My eyes were closed
My mind just froze
I heard a heart beat
Then, it stopped in defeat
