This could have been on any other day
But no! ...today is today,
I accept the ancient of days,
As He was yesterday, so He is today
And He'll still be in any other days.
Today is the day that won't get away!
For once I choose stay,
For once Heaven will rejoice and praise,
Today is the day I choose to stay.
This could have been on any other day
But surely I say...this is my day!
Today I will stay and I will pray.
