Tomorrow Poem by joshua pannells

i feel like i can change the world
i feel like every boy and girl
i feel like i can take away your pain and sorrow
.......maybe tomorrow
i feel like i can start the revolution
but when is it a good time to announce the solution
to tell everyone that better days are ahead
that noone will suffer
that we will all prosper
i feel like everyone would follow
i guess we'll see......maybe tomorrow
til then we can sleep soundly with our nightmare
our reality can only be seen with a blank stare
we'll watch our tv's and wait for change
smile because this may seem a bit derranged
so put your head between your knees
and stay there until you find eternity
and fill your hearts with something hollow
then you will feel like you can do something great........tomorrow
