Tomorrows Too Late Poem by Andy Brookes

Tomorrows Too Late

Rating: 4.5

you never know someone else's story,
so please be kind with your words,
tomorrow it might be you

please be kind with your words,
don't judge the book by the cover,
tomorrow it might be you.

if you get a smile or a kind word,
even from a beggar in the gutter,
be kind tomorrow it might be you.

If you get impatient with an old person,
want to hurry them on their way,
be kind tomorrow it will be you.

Kindness has no price, it costs nothing,
like the air it is free to give and to receive,
so be kind because tomorrow might be too late

you never know someone else's story,
so please be kind with your words,
tomorrow you may need that kindness too.
