Tongue Twisting Lies Poem by Tango

Tongue Twisting Lies

Each night I endure these,
gut wrenching dreams,
my mind it just screams.

I know that there is another,
with whom, your charms you share,
you know, but you dont really care.

Each time you tell me those,
those tongue twisting lies,
a part of me, it just, dies.

But I think that it's better,
to stay with the dog that I know.
Than to break free, and go out into the world,
where it is cold, cold, like snow.

Tango.

Another well thought out write, short, to the point and allows the reader the misery of sharing the hurt, hope they think twice before doing this to their loved ones so there is a message of pain and agony.- Cindy

I am sure that there are several people in the world succumbing to the same lies...Nice poem with a story well told
