Tonight

Tonight was a blast
Tonight was fun
Tonight was a night I haven't had in a while
I look forward to another night
Gazing at the stars
Showing you there are people that care
People that share
I want to show you more
More than you have ever seen
I'm gonna show you a life
A life worth each day
I wanna to show you me
In every way
You will see
See everything you ever thought you would see
Tonight was the night
The night of fun
I can't wait till the next night
That next night will come

The time you won your town the race
We chaired you through the market-place;
Man and boy stood cheering by,
And home we brought you shoulder-high.
