To give someone everything
To have it returned
To save them from themselves
Only left to be burned

I wonder what might happen
If I never saw you again
If I would miss you
Would you still be a friend?

Maybe I can still save you
Maybe if we took a chance
Everything would be alright
And we could have one last dance

But I'm afraid we can't
It's far too late
The past cannot be changed
Our lives, determined by fate

I hope you're happy
I wish you the best
May your life be well
