Too Willing To Fall Poem by Silence Dogood

Too Willing To Fall

You shattered my heart and broke my wall.
Just an average girl too willing to fall.
I fake my laugh and pretend im okey.
I paste on my smile the look for today.

Makeup smeared eyes and a tear stained pillow.
Reminders of the day when you let me go.
My heart now on crutches put together with tape.
You were my destiny my undeniable fate.

But that was just a wish that never came true.
Just like the words I love you.
The biggest lie and worst heartbreak.
Were you and me and are mistake.

I was so happy sleeping next to you.
You made every dream I had come true.
You were my everything untill you broke my heart.
My tears you'll taste as I fall apart.

I'll come to school and be just the same.
The girl I was before that day.
I wont show the scars that cut to my soul.
I'll hold back the tears and stay in control.

I'll pretend to be strong so you wont think im weak.
I'll silence the voice that theatens to speak.
I'll put myself together and hang with my friends.
Wishing for the day when this nightmare will end.

You shattered my heart and broke my wall.
Just an average girl too willing to fall.
