Touched By Time Poem by Buxton Shippy

Touched By Time

Rating: 5.0

Touched by Time;
They harnessed the sun.
Now, people to people,
Pay to see.
Conquered by Greed;
Check the purse,
Before you breath,
And dig a well,
If you wished to drink.
The Most High:
"Founded it upon the seas
And established it upon the waters".
Yet. They will make you pay,
For what is free.
It doesn't matter.
The Son will give us visions,
Heaven's air and water from
The Well Of Life.
