All tormented human soul live in a kind of prison
A prison built up of ignorance and utter delusion
Making us believe we are separate from the rest
Though on occasion we do feel at one with them
Delusion is due to our inborn limitation of senses
Growing up trusting our limited sense-bound world
Our trusted intellect also rely on our flawed senses
Making us prisoners of our own fragmented vision
Yet in deep love we feel an odd hidden connection
When things around us seem to be drenched in bliss
Our intellect stops questioning without a hesitation
Seeing others as ourselves though for brief duration
Thus universe presents a natural dichotomy in us
Our job is resolving issue by proper introspection
Getting a linked feeling with source of love within
Making intellect see the truth without and within
So, dichotomy rest in us not out in the universe
Cognition of this is the first step to self-harmony
Then meditating we start training our frantic mind
Attaining in due time goal of mind-body harmony
