Tragedy Poem by Qinling Wang

Tragedy

Rating: 3.5

Life is a tragedy,
Like King Lear or Hamlet,
Like Romeo and Juliet.
Cry, baby!
You are reading the story
Never with a happy ending.
The rose will be dark,
If there is no flesh or blood.

It is a tragedy we play,
Played by you and me.
I have to suffer through,
But how can I survive from the pain?

I try to laugh everyday.
To keep tears far away.
"Don't be disappointed, "
You say,
"Life is no regret or pity,
But a path connected to cemetery."
We will long live there,
Let our story truly be.

Oh! Life is not only this material life that may often be seen us a tragedy. It has higher and further levels after death. Cheer up!
